The 2024 Cabernet Franc — three bottles, filled and corked by you.
Rinse, fill, cork, and label — then walk out with three bottles of the 2024 Cabernet Franc that you finished yourself.
No experience needed — we start at 12:30 with a glass of wine and a small charcuterie plate while we walk through how the wine was made from vine to barrel. Then the bottling begins.
Every good bottle starts spotless — rinse and sanitize your three so the wine lands in a perfect home.
Fill each bottle with the 2024 Cabernet Franc, then cap the wine with a layer of argon to keep oxygen off it until the cork lands.
The pneumatic corker seats a real cork at the press of a button — the most satisfying thunk in winemaking — then finish each bottle with the commemorative label so it looks the part.
All three bottles leave with you — wine you bottled yourself, with a story attached to every pour.
Cabernet Franc is one of the six varieties growing at Biama Vineyard, right beside the tasting room — hand-harvested, raised in our cellar, and now ready for glass. On October 3, the last step of its journey is yours: you fill it, you cork it, you take it home.
$95 per person — three bottles with commemorative labels, a glass of wine, a small charcuterie plate, and the winemaking overview, all included. The session is capped at ten — and if it fills, we’re happy to open a second one. Just say so when you reserve.
Grab your seats right now with a card — secure Square checkout, about a minute, and the seat count is live, so what you see is what’s left.
Call the tasting room and we’ll put your name on seats while you’re on the line — happy to help if online isn’t your thing.
Send your name, how many seats, and a phone number — we’ll confirm your spots and the details by reply.
Want in but the 12:30 is full — or that time doesn’t work? Tell us anyway. With enough interest we’ll open an additional session the same day.
Everything — the session, all three bottles of the 2024 Cabernet Franc with their commemorative labels, a glass of wine, a small charcuterie plate, and a short overview of how the wine was made, from vine to barrel.
Three — each one of the 2024 Cabernet Franc, and each one filled, corked, and labeled by you during the session. All three are included in the $95 seat.
Right at 12:30 — we pour your glass, set out the charcuterie, and walk through how the wine was made, then get straight to the bottling.
About an hour — 12:30 to 1:30 — with time left over on the patio after.
Ten, for the 12:30 session. If there’s more interest than seats, we’re open to adding a second session — mention it when you reserve.
None at all. We walk you through every step, and each one is easier than it looks — the pneumatic corker does the hard part at the press of a button.
Yes — bottling and taking wine home is for the 21-and-over crowd. Bring your ID like you would to the tasting room.
